  1963年8月生，江西瑞昌人，博士，研究員（二級），中共黨員，江西省新世紀百千萬人才工程人選，稀土功能材料研究室主任，兼任江西理工大學特聘教授，博士生導師。Hydrometallurgy等10種SCI期刊雜志審稿專家，《有色金屬科學與工程》編委。

  1984年畢業于江西大學，獲理學學士。2010年畢業于中南大學，獲工學博士學位。1984年8月分配到江西省稀土研究所，從事稀土分離研究，1993年至今在江西省科學院應用化學研究所從事稀土化學研究。1998-2000年清華大學核能技術設計研究院國內訪問學者，2009-2010清華大學材料科學與工程系國內訪問學者。先后參加完成了稀土國家“六·五”重點科技攻關項目和“八·五”重點科技攻關項目及國家自然科學基金項目等6項目國家級科研項目，省級科技項目20余項。獲省部級科學獎勵3項，發表論文100多篇，其中SCI收錄16篇，在科學出版社出版《風化殼淋積型稀土礦化工冶金》專著，在美國出版“Weathered Crust Elution-Deposited Rare Earth Ores”專著。

1. 國家自然科學基金面上項目“風化殼淋積型稀土礦堆浸分形動力學及傳質過程強化”（№: 51774156），2012/01-2015/12，主持，在研。

2. 江西省-中國科學院合作“二個突破”專項“離子型稀土礦綠色提取與分離技術研究”（№:2015XTTD02），2015.8-2018.12，主持，在研。

3. 國家自然科學基金面上項目“風化殼淋積型稀土礦浸取過程強化基礎研究”（№:51174102），2012/01-2015/12，主持，已結題。

4. 江西省重大科技專項項目“風化殼淋積型稀土礦低氨氮提取技術研究”（№:2010AZD10209），2011/01-2015/12，主持，已驗收。

5. 國家自然科學基金面上項目“風化殼淋積型稀土礦貧礦浸取動力學及傳質研究”（№:50664004），2007/01-2009/12，主持，已結題。
